Please Note: All of these sites have areas specifically designated spots for hanging that is not to be altered in any way by the artist. Our member exhibitors are not to be making any new holes in our hosts' walls. Thank you. Any questions, please contact the site coordinator before you bring your work to the exhibition site. It is also very helpful if you can go see the site before you hang your show.

Volunteer Opportunities

Monadnock Area Artists Association is an all-volunteer organization. Every member is welcomed and encouraged to participate as much as possible. The more you get involved, the more we can get accomplished, the stronger an organization and community we are, and the better all members are served.

As with many organizations, a small, core group of dedicated members take care of a large portion of the work that needs to be done to provide members with a variety of learning and exhibit opportunities. Perhaps you can help us lighten the load by taking on one or more of these responsibilities.

Join a committee:

  • Art in the Park
  • Workshops
  • Exhibits
  • Publicity
  • Hospitality

One-time volunteer opportunities:

  • receive artwork for exhibits
  • hang shows
  • host a small member gathering
  • help with workshop set-up
  • help with refreshments at member meetings or shows
  • help with mailings
  • be a volunteer at Art in the Park

Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet and work with fellow artists, and to fulfill the two-hour requirement of membership.  We welcome your interest, ideas and participation.

To learn more about any of these opportunities or to volunteer, please contact Gill Truslow at ltruslow@ne.rr.com or call (603) 357-4382
